CSQ were appointed as Project and Cost managers for the high quality, bespoke regional headquarters of the Winton Group in ADGM Square. The client requested that the office was modern in design with features of Middle Eastern influence.  

We were able to deliver this project in an accelerated construction programme of 12 weeks, ensuring that the Client’s operational requirements were achieved.
