Yas Mall

CSQ provided Technical Due Diligence (TDD) for Yas Mall, as super regional mall located in Abu Dhabi. The TDD was carried out for pre-acquisition purposes.

CSQ conducted a detailed survey and provided a report covering all aspects of the property including structure, interiors, facade, roof and MEP systems. CSQ advised as part of the assignment on various aspects of the properties construction and operation including life cycle assessment and remedial costs.
