Craig Carter named in CBMNE’s Power 100
CSQ Managing Partner Craig Carter has been recognised in Construction Business News Middle East’s Power 100, ranking at No. 18 among some of the region’s most influential construction and real estate leaders.
The annual list celebrates the people shaping the built environment across the Middle East, from major developers and consultants to those leading some of the region’s most significant projects. Craig’s inclusion reflects a period of continued growth for CSQ. The business now has more than 40 live projects and AED 8.5 billion under management, with teams working across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the UK.
The feature also highlights Craig’s role in growing CSQ from an independent consultancy into a wider multidisciplinary business, while maintaining a clear focus on practical advice, strong client relationships and hands-on leadership. Recent work across projects including One Maryah Place and developments within ADGM demonstrates the scale and variety of CSQ’s current portfolio, as the team continues to support clients across project management, cost management and the wider built environment.
For Craig, the recognition is also a reflection of the people behind the business. CSQ’s growth has been shaped by a team that continues to take on more complex work, broaden its expertise and build long-term relationships with clients across the region.
Being named in this year’s Power 100 is an important milestone for Craig and CSQ, and a strong reflection of the progress made over the past year.
I’m proud of the recognition, but even more proud of the team and the business we’re continuing to build. Growth matters, but so does how you grow and for us, that means staying close to our clients, backing our people and maintaining the standards we’ve built CSQ on.
