CSQ acted as Management Contractor for Paul Hastings’ new 810 sqm office at Al Maqam Tower, taking the project from early design and planning through to final handover.
Working closely with the client’s US-based real estate team, CSQ shaped the programme, cost strategy and delivery approach from the outset. A full-scale walkthrough at Lifesize Plans also allowed the team to test and refine the layout before construction began.
When regional disruption affected the project during the finishes stage, the team adapted the delivery strategy to minimise impact on cost and programme and keep the project moving through to completion.
