Joshua is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over a decade of experience in the UAE. His expertise spans cost planning, commercial management and client representation across new-build, fit-out and refurbishment projects.

He works with developers to manage budgets, protect design intent and control risk from concept through to completion. His project experience includes Aldar’s latest tower development on Al Maryah Island, Al Maryah Tower’s reactivation and ADNEC’s Multipurpose Hall.
