Completing a Cutting-Edge GIA Lab in Uptown Tower

CSQ is pleased to announce the completion of the new state-of-the-art GIA (Gemological Institute of America) office and Laboratory in Dubai. The custom-designed space, spanning two floors is located in the prestigious Uptown Tower, DMCC (Dubai Multi Commodities Centre), Dubai. The GIA Laboratory was designed to accommodate the expanding services of the industry leaders in gem research, education and grading.

Under the guidance of project and cost management experts, Shervin Haji-Ghassemi MAPM RIBA ARB and Braden Hamlyn MRICS, we are proud to have completed the first cutting-edge GIA laboratory in the MENA region to an exceptionally high standard.
