CSQ Recognised for Outstanding Project Management at the Construction Innovation Awards 2025

CSQ has received significant recognition at the Construction Innovation Awards 2025, celebrating both individual excellence and the strength of our project management capability across the region.

This year, CSQ was shortlisted in four major categories:

  • Consultant of the Year
  • Project Management Company of the Year
  • Project Manager of the Year - Laura Davies
  • Woman Executive of the Year – Natalie Stephenson

We are proud to share that CSQ earned two key distinctions on the night:

Project Manager of the Year and Highly Commended: Project Management Company of the Year.

Highly Commended: Project Management Company of the Year

CSQ was awarded Highly Commended in the Project Management Company of the Year category.
This honour reflects the strength of our partner-led delivery model, our high standards across complex and fast-paced developments, and the trust placed in us by leading clients across the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

Our recognition highlights CSQ’s continued growth and our proven capability in delivering mixed-use, hospitality, corporate fit-out, entertainment, and community projects across the region.

Laura Davies Wins Project Manager of the Year 2025

Laura Davies, Associate Project Manager at CSQ, was awarded Project Manager of the Year 2025, recognising her leadership, technical capability, and consistent contribution to the project management sector in the Middle East.

Laura led the successful delivery of the Lunate Headquarters at Al Maryah Tower - an 8,000 sq ft, five-floor corporate fit-out completed on time, within budget, and to the standard expected by one of the region’s most prestigious investment groups.

Her approach combines structured leadership, technical precision, and a strong people-first mindset. She mentors her project management team, supports APC candidates preparing for their MRICS assessments, and plays an active role in CSQ’s wider initiatives and community programmes.

Commenting on the achievement, Natalie Stephenson, Founding Partner at CSQ, said:
“Laura’s achievement reflects the values we’ve built CSQ on – clarity, trust, and leadership at every level. She represents the next generation of project leaders in the region, and we couldn’t be prouder to see her recognised for the impact she makes.”

We congratulate all finalists and winners at the Construction Innovation Awards 2025, including industry peers recognised across various categories. The awards continue to highlight the exceptional standard of work taking place across the Middle East’s construction and development sector.
