Ardian - Phase 2
CSQ provided management contracting services for the delivery of Ardian’s flagship MENA region head office in ADGM Square. This involved the interior fit-out of approximately 276 square meters of commercial office space, transforming it from its existing 'Cat A' condition to a finished state ready for client occupation. Through extensive programme management and cost control we delivered a high-quality fit-out whilst navigating multiple design and functionality changes throughout the project’s lifetime.

Ardian's objective was to expand the existing office area and incorporate additional spaces such as meeting rooms, phone booths, and wellness rooms, all aimed at enhancing performance and meeting the evolving needs of Ardian. The client's key barometer of success was delivering an extremely high-level fitout with a focus on employee wellbeing and mental health.
