CSQ conducted a comprehensive Technical Due Diligence for ICD Brookfield Place. As one of the most prestigious towers in Dubai and the UAE, this iconic landmark stands out for its architectural brilliance and prime location. The project encompasses a substantial 990,000 sqft of office space and 160,000 sqft of retail space. The client's expectation was for CSQ to conduct a thorough technical building survey and perform a detailed desktop review of the building documents. Our primary objective was to identify key issues as part of a pre-acquisition due diligence exercise.
