OQ Trading

CSQ was appointed to provide project management and cost consultancy services for the fit-out of the new OQ Trading office at Legatum Plaza, DIFC. The project, which is LEED certified, involved refurbishing an existing trading floor and designing and constructing a client-facing floor that includes meeting rooms, a yoga studio, a café, and various breakout spaces. The result is a high-end, colourful design in a large space that prioritizes client and employee wellbeing.
